Why Indian Food in Querétaro?

Querétaro has grown into one of Mexico's most international cities, but finding truly authentic Indian cuisine has always been a challenge — until now. At Chai Samosa Bar, two North Indians who moved to Querétaro created a menu built around the street food they grew up eating: crispy samosas, masala dosa, dal tadka, and steaming cups of chai.
